平台服务费

我们向主办方(卖家或合作伙伴)收取佣金(“主办方手续费”)，由Crowdroom从他们的支付中保留。通常情况下，手续费是其利润的3%。卖家如果要求提款，该费用将从总利润中扣除。
当卖家申请一笔提款时，Crowdroom通常会在预订完成后的1至3天内打款。为了公平起见，如果用户/客户与主办方(卖家或合作伙伴)之间发生争议，在服务协议允许的情况下，我们会保留订单并暂停支付。支付的时间也可以在预订被更新、重新安排或取消的情况下修改。

Common Questions
How will I receive my payment?
You can see your earnings live on your dashboard, you can see what you earn each day, each week etc. This Money remains on the dashboard until you request to Cash Out. When Ever You want to Cash Out, You Just need to Click on the "payout" button. Your Money will be sent to the Payment Gateway You Added (Paypal or Wechat pay, or Alipay or Bank Account).
How do I Submit Listings?
After Applying To Join our Host Partner Program, your application will be verified. Once approved you will have access to your dashboard. On your dashboard you will have access to all tools needed to create and manage your Group Tour or Event, as well as list Event Spaces or Resorts
